Article Money - Update

I just got offers on 2 articles that I submitted on Saturday.  I was pleasantly surprised to get a $4 and $4.03 offer on them.  Here’s a tip that you should remember when submitting your articles to Associated Content.  If you submit several articles at once, then they tend to offer lower payments for them.  You might notice this yourself, too.  Submitting a single article might get you $5, but submitting 2 at a time you might see payments of $4.  Submit more than that, and you’ll possibly be in the $3 area, so just watch what happens and submit accordingly.

Now that I got those offers, I’m going to submit the other 2 that I have ready.  This will allow me to have a steady stream of 2 - 3 that I can submit at once.  I’ll do some more work this weekend, and hopefully be able to have another 4 - 5 articles ready to submit.  If things keep going as they are, I should be able to keep up the 2 articles per hour, and earn $8 - $10 per hour with them.  It’s not too bad, especially when you consider that I’m doing the work from home.  After this case study, I should be able to have a reasonable idea of how much work I’ll need to put in to reach a target dollar amount.

You could do this for a few months and use it to buy your own laptop for your business.  You could even use the money to form your business.  It’s such an easy way to make money, literally anybody can do it.  As I said before, this in itself won’t make you rich.  It does, however, provide some good experience and allows you to get a little seed money for your business.  You may even be able to go out and eat once a month with the residual income that it provides too.

Article Money, continued

It’s been a while since my last post, but I’m happy to report that the first article I submitted earned a whopping $5.15. This is well above the $3.50 average that I anticipated, but we’ll just have to see how it plays out in the end. I may still hit that $3.50 average if I get a few lower priced articles in there. With proper keyword research and well written content, then you shouldn’t have too much trouble earning a little more upfront money.

My goal today will be to spend at least 3 hours working on this case study.  I expect at least 6 articles to come from that work, and possibly up to 9 total.  Assuming I can hit the target of 9 articles, and earn $3.50 per article, then the next 3 hours will end up earning me a nice sum of around $30.  No, it’s not much, but those articles will keep earning a little bit of money each month, depending on how well they perform.  Once we’re done writing our articles, then I’ll show you a few ways to attract more visitors to your articles.  We’ll try a few things and let them sit, and you should start seeing some decent earnings after a couple months.

Anyway, it’s time to stop procrastinating and start writing.  I’m going to quickly read over a few more articles at ezinearticles.com and then start writing.  If I get stuck, then I may just pick a few articles to rewrite, but I would prefer to have them all be completely original.  We’ll just have to see how it goes.

Update: I’ve been working for an hour and got 2 articles written and submitted.  I think it’s time for a small break, and then I’ll sit down and crank out some more articles.  It can be somewhat tiring, trying to just sit and write, but this exercise will get you better at writing articles around different topics, which is the absolute BEST way to try earning money online.  Once you’re good at this, then you can build websites all day long, and create all kinds of income.  Keep it up and you’ll be there.
